Mr. Ghulam Rasool hold 80% shareholding in R.S Associates Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) # 5976 from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and owns 22 years of experience in Taxation, Audit, Assurance, Financial Reporting and Compliance. He is also a Fellow Member (3143) of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIFA). Mr. Ghulam Rasool worked as Tax Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for 7 years and has vast experience in sales tax, corporate taxation and VAT related matters.
Imran Sarwar
Mr. Imran Sarwar hold 20% shareholding in R.S Associates Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) # 5373 from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and owns 14 years of experience in Audit, Assurance, Taxation, Financial Reporting and Compliance. Mr. Iran Sarwar is also a Fellow Member (6629) of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIFA). He has Worked as Audit Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for 5 years.
Wasim Bari
Waseem Bari is a seasoned Finance Executive and shall work as Sole Representative for UK branch. He owns more than two decades of experience and capable in accessing and applying preeminent expertise in pivotal audit and finance roles within major industrial enterprises. He is highly adept with information systems, operational and regulatory auditing, with the defined capacity to provide transformational leadership and change management in demanding multicultural commercial scenarios. With robust commercial awareness and a great capacity for investigation and analysis, his flexible and self-reliant approach to the workplace allows him to apply initiative in working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders in complex global environments. He is proficient in the English, Urdu and Punjabi languages. He has worked on notable positions in renowned organization in Pakistan, Egypt and Oman.
