R.S Associates Chartered Accountants is a partnership firm established between two partners established in the year 2012. The two partners and their shareholding in the firm is as follows:
1) Mr. Gulam Rasool 80%
2) Mr. Imran Sarwar 20%
Both the partners of the firm are Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants, having about 20 years’ experience in this field. Apart from providing the traditional services of Audit, Accountancy and Taxation for which the accountants are generally known the firm provides complete range of financial advice and help for all types of businesses in the field of, – Audit and Assurance – Accountancy – Taxation – Management Consultancy – Corporate Affairs – Management Information System – System Analysis and Design (Manual and EDP). The practice is designed to provide cost effective and high quality service to all the clients whether a small firm or a large company.
The firm also provides services towards corporate affairs including, Incorporation of Companies Assistance to the company secretaries in filing return/documents required under company and other Corporate Laws in Pakistan. Maintenance of statutory books/records required under the Corporate Laws. Assisting holding annual general meeting, board meeting, allotment of shares etc. Registrar services for listed companies.
Over the time the firm has started diversifying its product and service to cover the overall lifecycle of the professional services and the clientele of the business increased at pace more than expectations over the past two year.

Objectives
As part of the strategically expansion plan the management of R.S Associates Chartered Accountants intends to establish a commercial presence by operating a registered branch in the UK and that branch will operate in the same type of products and services as the parent company, i.e. internal and statutory audits, financial and management advisory, accounting services, business automations and related professional services.
